We are currently undertaking a long-term phased renovation programme for an SEN secondary school — systematically upgrading every area of the building while keeping disruption to an absolute minimum for pupils and staff.
Programme Management
A detailed multi-year programme was developed in consultation with the school leadership, prioritising areas of greatest need and scheduling all works around the school calendar.
Ongoing Works
Each phase of the programme covers a defined area of the school — classrooms, communal areas, specialist rooms, bathrooms and external spaces — bringing each area up to a consistent modern standard.
Minimal Disruption
We work closely with the school at all times to ensure works cause minimal disruption. Evening, weekend and holiday working is used where required to protect teaching time.
