We undertook a complete renovation of an entire SEN school building — one of our most comprehensive projects, transforming an ageing facility into a modern, fit-for-purpose learning environment from the ground up.
Full Building Survey
A detailed survey of the entire building was carried out to establish condition, priorities and a full scope of works. A phased programme was developed to allow the school to remain partially operational.
Structural & Services Works
Essential structural repairs were carried out where required. All M&E services including heating, electrical and plumbing were assessed and updated to current standards throughout.
Internal Fit-Out
New flooring, ceilings, lighting, decoration and joinery were installed throughout the entire building. Each space was finished to a specification appropriate for SEN use.
